Introduction
According to Johnson (2022), a person's role is the method in which they fulfill the responsibilities of their status and enjoy the perks that come along with it. Alternatively, a role may be thought of as the dynamic or behavioral part of status. It is a role that is assigned to a certain individual so that they may play it.
According to Chilegbu (2022), the term "youth" refers to a youthful and aspirational person who is either male or female and ranges in age from 18 to 35 years, which corresponds to the time period of adolescence and early adulthood. According to Chilegbu (2022), a country is a significant group of people who have a same ancestry, culture, and language, as well as who live in the same state or territory. One way to think of a country is as a collection of people who share a same language, culture, and history and who live inside a certain geographical boundaries and are governed by the same government. There are two distinct lines of definition that may be used to the Chillegbu (2022) development, and they are as follows:
First, he stated that it concerns a change in the distribution of material goods and the nature of social relations, and that this carries the nation's social development, which focuses attention on the quantities and distribution changes in the structure of the society brought about by the elimination of the benefits of economic growth among the people. Development should be conceived of as a multi-dimensional process that involves changing in structures, attitude, and institutions, as well as the acceleration of change. the elimination of poverty and unemployment together with the decrease of existing inequalities (Nicolas, 2022). Second, in his opinion, development refers to the increasing production of materials, products, and services that are the driving force behind the expansion of a nation's economy. The primary emphasis in this context is placed on the quantitative process of production and the use of resources.
